New homes for Sandhurst
Bloor Homes is developing proposals for around 150 new homes, on the land west of the A321 Wokingham Road on the north-western edge of Sandhurst town, adjacent to Little Sandhurst.
No planning applications have been submitted and Bloor Homes is currently undertaking pre-application consultation with the local community and other stakeholders.
These emerging proposals will help meet Bracknell Forest Council’s current shortfall in the provision of new housing and provide new homes for Sandhurst.
